Our Insights papers provide overviews of key reports we have produced for our clients and partners. Funding community innovation for intergenerational impact was commissioned from CSI by Foundation North (FN) to capture what was learnt from the Foundation’s South Auckland Community Innovation Fund and from several back-office pilots. It provides insights from the Foundation’s investment in community-led solutions and organisations by, for and with Māori and Pasifika to enable innovation, deliver intergenerational benefit and disrupt persistent inequalities in South Auckland. The paper looks at the role of community innovators and the ways philanthropic funders can support them to be successful.
