We work collaboratively with organisations to support the design and development of effective social programmes
The Centre draws on innovative practices in capacity building and evaluation from around the world to support effective service models and sustainable organisations.
Effective capacity building is about understanding whole organisations. Their people, their systems, their structures, their visions, their strategies. It’s about being able to work with them to strengthen their leadership both at a board level and operationally. To support them to design effective services. To help them build their capacity and capability in terms of their people and their expertise. It’s about giving organisations good tools for planning and development and delivery of services.
Underlying all of that is a focus on evaluation; capturing really good information. That helps us understand the learnings at each stage of the project and find the stories of change and social impact.
